Judgment Enforcement
You may already have the information needed to collect on your money judgment.
If you do we can help you do so right away through an Earnings Withholding Order, Bank Levy or Third Party Levy and if you don’t , we can help you get it!
You can start collecting on your judgment right now if you have any of the following information.
- If you know where the debtor works at, you could collect through an Earnings Withholding Order.
- If you know where the debtor banks at and have their account number, you could collect through a Bank Levy.
- If you know the debtor owns a rental property and who their tenants are, you could collect through a Third Party Levy, also called a Rent Levy.
- If you know the debtor is owed money by a person or a company, you could collect through a Third Party Levy.
- If you know the debtor owns a home or land in a specific county, you could fill out and record an Abstract of Judgment or a "Lien" in that county to prevent the debtor from selling or refinancing, before paying off your judgment.
- If the judgment is against a business you may be able to collect through a Till Tap or Keeper, this can only be preformed by the sheriff's department in that specific county, so please contact them directly.
- Once your judgment has been paid off, don't forget to fill out and file an Acknowledgment of Satisfaction of Judgment with the court.
If you don't have any of this information, don't worry we can help you get it!
- You can have the debtor personally served, by a Registered Process Server, with an Application and Order for Appearance and Examination to force them to come to a hearing and disclose their assets to you or face a Bench Warrant, if you so choose. Remember to print a copy of the courts Suggested List of Questions for a Debtor Examination and take it with you to the hearing.
- We may be able to locate the debtor's assets through an Asset Search, preformed by our private investigator, LRS Investigations, P.I. #16723.

Earnings Withholding Order
Judgment Enforcement of small claims and civil judgments through a debtors wages can be found in this section. Collection through a Bank Levy or a bank account will be found in the following section.
You Provide –
- Employer's name and payroll department address or alternative service address
- Debtor's social security number, if known
- A copy of your money Judgment
- An original signed Application for Earnings Withholding Order
- An original Writ of Execution (Must have "Limited" or "Unlimited" under the case number.)
- Don't forget to fill out and file a Memorandum of Costs After Judgment, Acknowledgment of Credit, and Declaration of Accrued Interest, before you file the writ to get our process serving fees back when the Writ is issued by the court.

You decide whether you can collect through an Earnings Withholding Order, a Bank Levy or a Third Party Levy and we’ll take care of the rest.
A Check payable to the Sheriff's Department$35
The sheriffs department will require a $35.00 filing fee, please make the check out to "Sheriff's Department," this will clear any sheriff's office in the state. We can advance this filing fee for you and charge the card on file for this amount, plus an additional 3.5%
A Check payable to D&R Legal Process Service, LLC. $200
We will prepare the EWO documents, open the file with the appropriate sheriff's dept. serve the documents on the employer and then file the proof of service back with the sheriff's department civil division. This payment can also be made through the card or ACH on file.
BANK LEVY
Judgment Enforcement of small claims and civil judgments through the debtors bank accounts can be found in this section. Collection through a Third Party Levy or a Rent Levy will be found in the following section.
You Provide –
- Banks name and address (Bank Levy Service Address Search)
- Debtor's account number
- Debtor's social security number, if known
- A copy of your money judgment
- An original signed Sheriff's Instructions
- An original Writ of Execution (Must have "Limited" or "Unlimited" under the case number.)
- Don't forget to fill out and file a Memorandum of Costs After Judgment, Acknowledgment of Credit, and Declaration of Accrued Interest, before you file the writ to get our process serving fees back when the Writ is issued by the court.

We will prepare the Bank Levy documents, open the file with the appropriate sheriff's dept. serve the documents on the financial institution and then file the proof of service back with the sheriff's department civil division. This payment can also be made through the card or ACH on file.
You decide whether you can collect through an Earnings Withholding Order, a Bank Levy or a Third Party Levy and we’ll take care of the rest.
THIRD PARTY LEVY
Judgment Enforcement of small claims and civil judgments from the debtor, by collecting the monies owed to them from someone or a company that owes money to the debtor can be found in this section. These sometime can be referred to as a Rent Levy when dealing with a landlord.
You Provide –
- The third party's name and address
- A copy of your money judgment
- An original signed Sheriff's Instructions
- An original Writ of Execution (Must have "Limited" or "Unlimited" under the case number.)
- Don't forget to fill out and file a Memorandum of Costs After Judgment, Acknowledgment of Credit, and Declaration of Accrued Interest, before you file the writ to get our process serving fees back when the Writ is issued by the court.
