What do you need to get started serving my documents?
We do our best to make things simple and easy to do business with us. Generally we need the following to get started:
- Create Your Account (3 to 5 minutes of contact and payment information).
- Email The documents with a Letter of instructions to be served or Place an Order through the website (a little more complicated).
- Provide as much information as possible, description, type of car they drive, best times, pictures if you have them, the more information we have, the more likely your papers will be served.
How much do you charge?
We’ve done our best to simplify our current pricing, we offer 3 Timeframes of Rush Services starting at $120, per assignment and 2 Timeframes of Routine Services at $90, per assignment, but obviously it depends on:
- What kind of assignment you need completed.
- When it needs to be completed by.
- Where the assignment is going.
- How many defendants or address’s will need to be served or attempted.

Do I have to prepay or will you invoice me?
We do require ALL new clients to prepay their first few assignments, after that we will consider invoicing you depending on:
- Credit worthiness.
- How long it will take to pay off the invoices.
- We may also charge more for an assignment if we will be invoicing rather than prepayment.
- Most clients find it better to pay for their assignments with a credit card and obtain the required time to pay that way.
- ALL Out-of-State Clients are required to prepay, we will not invoice
How do we open an account with D&R?
We strive for simplicity and make things as easy as possible, that includes starting a new relationship with our clients. No time wasted on complicated contracts, your first assignment will create your account. All you need is:

How do I pay for the service?
When Creating Your Account, you will provide your payment information and choose from ACH/Debit Card or placing a Credit Card (All Major Credit Cards Accepted) on file to secure your payment. Your card will be charged once we complete or close out your assignment.
You can Pre-pay for your service with Cash or Check once you have placed your ACH or Credit Card on file.
