+ Court Fees and Costs
E-File your legal documents through the D&R Legal Process Services secure court filing portal to all California Courts that accept e-filing. D&R Legal Process pays the court’s filing fees on your behalf and you receive one, itemized invoice per filing. You can e-file multiple documents in a single case with just the click of your mouse.
E-Filing is an Electronic Drop Box, you submit your documents, the court receives them and they will sit there until a clerk files or rejects them. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks to complete the eFiling depending on the specific documents and court you are dealing with.

A 3.0% Check Charge will be assessed on any Filing Fee that we have to advance for you. No Exceptions! We Must also have a Credit Card or ACH on File with us, so that we can be reimbursed as soon as possible.
